1. APP installation: If a downloaded app doesn't work, please go to the "Settings" menu, locate the "Apps" option, and find the app in the list of installed apps. Select the app, navigate to the "Model" section, choose the "Normal" setting, and save the changes. If the problem persists, you may have downloaded the wrong version.

2. Bug fixing: You can fix bugs by upgrading the TV box online through FOTA (My apps - FOTA Update) or by restoring it to factory settings.

3. Can't log into Google account: Please try doing a factory reset on the TV box by accessing the settings menu - device preferences - about - factory reset. Afterward, attempt to log in to your account again.

4. Connection issues: Ensure that your network is functioning properly and that you have set the correct time zone in the settings. Note that you cannot simultaneously enable Wi-Fi and connect the TV box with an Ethernet cable.

5. Distorted screen: Please ensure that you connect the HD cable to the TV box first, and then connect the power adaptor to the TV box. Incorrect connection may cause issues such as a frozen or distorted screen, or a lack of signal.
